Team Leader - Contact Centre

Work for Australia's Leading Tax Agent, Manage a small team of 15 Customer Service Representatives.

H&R Block is Australia's leading Tax Agent. Our Contact Centre is based in Mitcham, Victoria. We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to coach and support a team of 12 to 15 Operators to provide exceptional customer service outcomes through effective and proactive management of business processes. 

As a Team Leader your responsibilities will include: 

  • Coaching your team to achieve set KPIs
  • Supporting and training your team on new business processes
  • Understanding business metrics to manage operations and drive efficiency improvements
  • Providing feedback to management on improvement opportunities
  • Handling any escalated calls
  • Managing a dynamic roster

We are looking for a Team Leader who puts the client's needs at the forefront of everything we do, and knows how to effectively coach their team to reach this customer focused outcome. As a Team Leader, youll be vital in leading and inspiring your team to learn, develop and continually grow to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. 

Previous experience as a Team Leader is highly advantageous.
