Our team is looking for an outstanding talent to join us in building and driving the PJS business across a mixture of on and off premise sites. PJS is a growing distributor of lifestyle products.  

We require an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our lively, proactive and above all else, hardworking team.

Critical to your success in this role will be your ability to develop deep customer relationships in a competitive market. You will use commercial knowledge and insights to deliver results whilst operating with simplicity and creativity. 

Role Specifics

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new PJS corporate clients. Through activities such as timely response to inbound leads, campaigns follow up and leads research. The BDMs contribution is key to PJS growth strategy.

Being a phone-based BDM to prospective businesses you will be PJS's brand ambassador and must always represent the company values.

  • Strong pipeline management is essential through our system.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell services to businesses across various industries where opportunities can be identified.
  • The ability to manage your workload efficiently throughout the day with a mix of proactive and reactive activities performing set daily tasks and pursuing strategy to always maintain a flow of opportunities.
  • Self-generate your own leads, develop a  database and follow up of marketing led campaigns.
  • Clearly articulate value propositions and implement tactical solutions to secure new clients.
  • Efficient skills in building rapport, negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals.
  • Exceed the set quarterly revenue targets as set out by PJS management.
