About the Role
The Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations ensuring the efficient and effective running of the office. This role will also provide overarching administrative assistance to the Opportunity Shop staff, assisting them with organizing signage and other similar items.
The Office Manager will manage a team providing supervision and guidance to reception and administration staff whilst upholding Doncares principles of continuous improvement.
The position requires a self-motivated individual who is detail orientated and has the ability to manage a diversity of tasks simultaneously using their strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and communications skills. The individual must be adaptive and deal with interruptions and change with attention to detail and follow-through. An ability to work with and assist many different types of people is mandatory.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven management skills with excellent organisational ability
Ability to support staff in the use of various data management systems
Ability to prioritize competing needs and assess and address complex problems
High level communication skills both written and verbal
Strong experience in MS Office
Knowledge of CS Net and SharePoint is highly desirable
High integrity and reliability
High level attention to detail
2+ years experience in office management or equivalent position with similar responsibilities described above
A qualification in Business Administration or similar is highly desirable.
