The Role:

  • Preparation and analysis of purchase orders to overseas and local suppliers.
  • Regular tracking of overseas orders/shipment schedules
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Procedure writing
  • Regular liaison with Customer Service colleagues.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery lead time information and invoices.
  • work with and assist other departments to deliver exceptional solutions and customer service to clients.


You will be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Motivated approach to work
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an inventory/ purchasing role where you have dealt with National and Overseas suppliers
  • ideally experience within the same industry or related
  • detail oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
  • hard working
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Position based approx 25km west of Melbourne CBD. 


Salary is between $65,000 - $80,000 + Super. ( depending upon experience level)
