We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Member Services Team leader to join our Sydney based team. 


Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide coaching and motivation to the team to improve performance and achieve goals
  • Provide training to staff on system updates and new initiatives that impact member experience 
  • Identify team wide training needs 
  • Educate the team on service standards and the importance of delivering professional service in an accurate and timely manner 
  • Escalated complaints resolution and management
  • Contribute to forecasting and scheduling, not limited to rostering
  • Assist where necessary on responding to member enquiries
  • Identify and put forward suggestions to improve the overall function of the business
  • Work on companywide project teams and working groups representing members and member services.


Required skills and Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a team leader role 
  • Basic office suite skills (word, excel and email) 
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to deliver coaching and feedback
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to self-manage 
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to recognise and solve issues before they happen
  • Proven multi-tasking skills
