Due to growth Flick has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant in our Hygiene team in Rockhampton. This is an opportunity to join one of Australia's largest hygiene and washroom service businesses in a local and proactive branch.
This full time role focuses on organising the technician team to ensure all scheduled services are completed efficiently and effectively. Training and mentoring staff is key as is arranging schedules, resources, vehicles and inventory.
This role is also the main contact point for customers by responding to queries, completing quotes, and resolving any issues.
As with all members of the Flick team, flexibility and willingness to jump in and help all areas of the business at peak times is key.
Successful candidates must possess the following.
Knowledge of washroom services and/or products
Ability to prioritise varying tasks throughout a day
Experience scheduling and rescheduling service technicians
High level of both written and verbal communication
Attention to detail in all facets including invoicing, schedules and inventory
A focus on a high level of customer satisfaction while managing costs and resources
An enthusiasm to learn and keep Flick the best provider of washroom services in the region
Good knowledge of a variety of IT programmes including Microsoft and mobile devices
Preference would be given to candidates with;
Previous experience within the washroom or hygiene services industry
Experience in training and managing a team of technicians including arranging induction programmes
Proactivity and enthusiasm in their DNA
