About the Role

Our team is growing! We are on the hunt for a super talented and experienced BID Coordinator. It is a pivotal role who will be a part of leading the growth and exposure of the business. As the coordination point of contact for the tender process you will be working closely with the Estimator and Directors to build winning tender submissions.You will be required to work in the office and have a day working remotely.    

Your roles and responsibilities :

  • Search and assess new tender opportunities and EOIs within the marketplace
  • Research new sectors, clients and architects
  • Prepare and submit EOI submissions
  • Prepare tender documentation, complete tender schedules and final submission of tenders
  • Update, modify and create tender response supporting documentation as required
  • Assist with industry plans such as LIDP or VIPP
  • Respond to post tender clarifications, if required attend post tender meetings

You have a genuine passion for the construction industry and a strong work ethic who takes a collaborative approach to working in teams and building bid submissions. You are driven and have a strong work ethic who works well in a team and autonomously. Qualifications and experience:

  • Previous experience in bid coordination within construction industry
  • Technical writing background, preferably experience writing tender submissions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organisation skills and ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail particularly with proofing and editing tender submissions
  • Proficiency in Adobe suite and Microsoft office
