Administration Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a new cohort of Administration Officers to join our team. These positions will be based across some of our local offices including: North Lakes, Capalaba and Eight Mile Plains. This role will provide reception, administrative and scheduling support to the NDIS Local Area Coordination (LAC) Partner in the Community program team. You will provide information and support to participants, their families, and carers, operating as their first point of contact with the organisation.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining appropriate administrative records utilising our databases.
  • Using the NDIA IT System to record appointments, notes, and actions to ensure the development and maintenance of accurate data.
  • Scheduling participant contact and interviews.
  • Providing general information in response to participant enquiries and refer to appropriate internal stakeholders when required.

Do you have

  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative and/or reception support
  • High level of communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to build rapport and adapt skills according to the audience or target group involved
  • The skills to be a team player and someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience/knowledge at entering information into databases with a high level of accuracy and detail whilst adhering to Government reporting requirements
