In addition, the Boomaroo Greenlife business grows and distributes a wide variety of products including potted colour, ferns and a selection of edibles.

About the role
The successful candidate will be confident, highly motivated, demonstrate experience in all aspects of the customer relations cycle, have the ability to work autonomously and remotely, and possess solid business and people management skills as well as being an excellent communicator.
Development and execution of the strategic plan
Managing existing and new key customer accounts
Develop business opportunities via securing new customers and new market expansion
Building innovative customer plans and stretch targets
Achieving annual sales targets
Developing budgets and product costings
Managing processes to maximise sales and minimise seedling waste
Management of the business forecast and CRM system (Zoho)
Provide weekly reports and business / account / product updates
Internal and external stakeholder management and updates
Identifying and developing new products and value add treatments
Business, industry and market development
Capital expenditure and ROI
Education / Experience / Skills
Previous sales experience is essential
Ideal relevant industry sales experience
Genuine passion for plants and the agriculture industry
Ability to manage a national team (VIC & QLD)
Customer focused & results driven
Ability to present / negotiate and influence effectively
Able to identify & convert a prospective sales opportunity in a strategic & timely manner
