Admin Support

Navigate Finance and Wealth is looking for a new team member.

In your role as admin support, you will be assisting clients by providing them with excellent service and high levels of accuracy in preparation of loan applications & documentation.

Our ideal person will;

Be a fast learner and able to work independently
Be organised and have an eye for detail 
Possess above average verbal & written communication skills
Have a background in lending/finance, accounting, insurance or superannuation 
Be able to use their skills in excel, word, outlook etc to assist complete tasks in a timely manner
Respect privacy laws & client confidentiality

You will be provided training in the following areas;

Collating documentation from clients to be able to complete a loan application
Understanding/interpreting Bank statements, Payslips, Tax Returns & Financial Statements
Processing applications for car loans, home loans & business equipment
Dealing with lenders and interpreting their various lending policies
Various software programs that you will be required to use on a regular basis

About the role;

Casual position 2 to 3 days per week (school hours) with the potential to move to a permanent part-time role in the future
Customer service, general administration duties & processing of finance applications/paperwork
Maintaining client files and other records
Managing correspondence & compliance documentation

The successful applicant will be required to provide a current Police check as well as undergo other pre-employment checks
