Office Administrator

Full Time Permanent position, A great local team within a leading global brand, Ongoing training & professional development.

Position Overview
This role provides support, coordination and administration to the sales, service and parts functions within the Canning Vale branch.

Responsibilities
This position will work with the Sales team to ensure compliance of the sales process, liaises with customers to ensure end to end sales process is efficient and accurate, and works with internal departments providing accurate documentation.

This position will work with the Service team to coordinate and administrate activities aligned to safety compliance, training, maintenance of registers and completion of audits.

This position will work with the Parts team and overall branch to provide assistance to customers, visitors and suppliers, provide back up phone support and coordinate general office administration duties.
 

Experience and Qualifications

Education/Training

  • Diploma qualification in a Business Discipline or equivalent.
     

Experience

  • Proficient in MS Suite including advanced excel skills.
  • Previous Oracle and/or SAP system experience would be well regarded.
  • Previous experience in data analysis and providing relevant solutions.
  • Exposure in an administration parts and/or service environment (possibly automotive or heavy vehicle).
  • Require strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to establish creative solutions.
  • Strong general office skills.
  • Understanding of purchasing principles, such as, ordering supplies, raising Purchase Orders and receipting invoices.

  • Able to complete assignments in resourceful and effective ways.
  • Ability to concisely articulate in written format.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work autonomously and initiate actions.
  • Personable and welcoming manner with can-do attitude.
