Jelcon has been around for 6 years and we are a construction company mainly building single dwellings and units in regional Victoria. We have grown as a company in the past year and now looking for an individual who can assist with all admin work.
Answering Phone calls and answering emails, contacting the relevant persons
Assisting on applying for Occupancy Permits and engage in all the related process for handover.
Assisting on communications with investors and clients
Managing reception email
Assisting on costings and data inputting
Contacting council and water authorities
Interaction with trades on daily basis with regards schedules
General administration tasks including data entry, scanning, and filing as required.
Support on ad hoc tasks from director and supervisors
Maintaining office presentation and managing all office supplies and needs
IT competence in core computer skills as well as the Microsoft Office suite of programs
Understanding of excel and data inputting.
Proficiency in English
Good communication skills, verbally and written, including the ability to reply promptly to investors.
2 days a week (16 hours) preferably Tuesday and Friday but can be negotiated. Place of work will be in Essendon North in an office environment.
