A national company is seeking a Part Time Administrator for their National Maintenance Administration Team.
Reporting directly to the National Maintenance Business Administration Manager; you will be the first point of contact for internal and external maintenance enquiries. Your main responsibilities in this role will include responding to all maintenance calls and allocation of maintenance work orders, data entry and general administration across customer operations functions.
The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and attributes;
Previous inbound call experience
Experience working with technicians and maintenance dispatch
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Results driven attitude
Strong attention to detail
Typing speed of 40 WPM - 100% accuracy
Intermediate level of competency - Microsoft Office
The ability to work to deadlines and be capable of working independently.
This position commences immediately and a pre-employment medical check is required.
