About the Role
The Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations ensuring the efficient and effective running of the office.
The position requires a self-motivated individual who is detail orientated and has the ability to manage a diversity of tasks simultaneously using their strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and communications skills. The individual must be adaptive and deal with interruptions and change with attention to detail and follow-through.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven Office Management skills with excellent organisational ability
Ability to support staff in the use of various data management systems
Ability to prioritize competing needs and assess and address complex problems
High level communication skills both written and verbal
Strong experience in MS Office
Marketing and Campaigns Skills
Knowledge of running a Business Website
Knowledge of Attache Accounting and Payroll Software - Essential
High integrity and reliability
High level attention to detail
2+ years experience in office management or equivalent position with similar responsibilities described above
