About the Role

The Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations ensuring the efficient and effective running of the office. 

The position requires a self-motivated individual who is detail orientated and has the ability to manage a diversity of tasks simultaneously using their strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and communications skills. The individual must be adaptive and deal with interruptions and change with attention to detail and follow-through. 

About You 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven Office Management skills with excellent organisational ability
  • Ability to support staff in the use of various data management systems 
  • Ability to prioritize competing needs and assess and address complex problems
  • High level communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong experience in MS Office
  • Marketing and Campaigns Skills
  • Knowledge of running a Business Website
  • Knowledge of Attache Accounting and Payroll Software - Essential
  • High integrity and reliability
  • High level attention to detail 
  • 2+ years experience in office management or equivalent position with similar responsibilities described above
