You will be working on one of our largest client portfolios on site in their CBD office.
A snapshot of the role:
Responsible for the expense understanding and prioritisation; cost savings initiatives / cost avoidance / opportunity cost.
Understanding the underlying data and uncovering trends.
Providing comprehensive financial analysis and insights.
Monitoring of portfolio expenditure and business partnering with the National Operations Manager and Facilities Management Team on Account
Optimisation of BI analytics including Tableau, Alteryx, and DAS (Direct Access System).
Assist with the achievement of contractual KPIs, financial savings targets, and other targets as established for the client
Translate the complexity of data into easy to understand reports and dashboards
Work closely with the JLL Facility Managers to identify areas of potential savings and recommend tangible projects to un-lock the savings
Consult with partners and stakeholders to establish objectives, legal agreements and deliverables for relevant activities.
Proactively manage internal key Client stakeholder relations and expectations relating to the relevant activities
What are we looking for
Strong financial analytical and reporting skills, experience in Service Partners
Excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of client representatives and internal JLL stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills (macro / SQL). At ease with data extraction, manipulation, and reporting
Able to move from the detail to a helicopter view is critical
Facilitate problem solving / brainstorming sessions with the Client key Stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to deal with ambiguity & complex problems.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex deliverables on a daily and project basis.
Formal qualifications in Finance (CPA/CA) or associated field MBA would be highly regarded
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines.
