Junior Assistant

Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Assistant who wants to improve their skills within a dynamic workplace. This firm will encourage and support the development of your skills. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with general admin duties such as budgeting, reporting, invoicing and raising of purchasing orders
  • Completing administration tasks efficiently and developing secretarial skills
  • Preparing and booking meeting rooms
  • Reception duties such as welcoming and directing visitors and new staff members to the firm. 

Requirements:

  • 1 year prior experience in an admin role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with inherent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, positive attitude and ability to produce high quality work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team with a proactive approach.
