TalentLink are exclusively working with a growing organisation in the healthcare sector. With exciting growth plans underway, they require a Senior Payroll Officer to join their close-knit team to manage the payroll function. Taking ownership of the payroll function - this role will see you progress, over time, into a management position leading a team.
Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing a complex end-to-end payroll function to a high standard.
End-to-end payroll on a fortnightly pay run.
Roster management and award interpretation.
New starters and terminations.
Statutory and compliance reporting for Workcover/ Superannuation/ Payroll Tax.
End of month reconciliation and payroll reporting.
Providing high quality customer service with any and all payroll queries.
The Payroll Manager delivers high-quality payroll and customer service to the organisation, along with helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
End-to-end payroll experience ideally within Healthcare sector.
Strong experience working across different types of Modern Awards.
Experience working with rostering systems would be highly advantageous.
Well-developed customer service and communications skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change in a growing organisation.
