Ampion currently has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our fun and motivated Talent Team. With our people being at the heart of what we do, Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in our ongoing evolution and growth. 

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong work ethic and be motivated to grow their career in Talent Acquisition. You may currently be in a recruitment resourcing or internal role or have a technical IT background and are looking for a career change. Our team will provide the right candidate with the tools and support to help you excel in your role.



  • 1-2 years previous experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role (internal and/or agency)
  • Experience in conducting talent searches and delivering recruitment process administration and pre-employment compliance
  • Experience writing job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a professional attitude
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Outstanding customer service and business relationship building skills
  • Familiarity with job boards, databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn)
  • Outstanding organisation skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to set priorities


  • Experience in IT recruitment highly desirable (cyber security & digital)
  • Formal Human Resources qualifications
  • Previous experience using Job Adder
