We are a boutique advisory company that provides a range of business consulting and marketing services to our growing client base.  Our team includes Chartered Accountants, Business Advisors, Graphic Designer, Website Developers and Marketing Consultants.

 

About You

You will be motivated about developing content (Blogs, Articles, Press Releases and Captions) and passionate about Social Media. In the role you will be in charge of developing unique content for SEO purposes and brand awareness of client accounts.  Your passion for Social Media will translate to your ability to create, manage and grow client social profiles. Your motivation will drive you to meet client deadlines and your initiative will ensure solutions are found to problems.

 

About the Role

We offer a full range of digital marketing solutions. Internally we have Graphic Designers, Website Developers and Digital Marketing Consultants. We are recruiting to fill a previously part time social media role. In addition to the existing role there is a need and demand for a dedicated content writer who can work with the team to provide quality content for SEO, Social and PR purposes.

 

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Manage multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Provide consultation / advice regarding social media accounts
  • Scheduling social media content (Planoly)
  • Setting 12 month Social Media strategy
  • Create graphics for posts (Adobe, Canva)
  • Develop engaging captions (including #tags)
  • Monitor the daily activities of all branded social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) and interact as the brand; communicate with users as well as engage them.
  • Actively run all online channels, responding to posts, comments and direct messages.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and trends
  • Build relationships with influencers (finding influencers to collaborate with, ideas for collaboration)
  • Develop strategies for promotions, contests and other such initiatives

Content Writer

  • Ability to develop high quality, original content
  • Develop content inline with basic SEO principles
  • Ability to meet with clients (interview approach) to develop original and engaging content
  • Ability to perform research to include in content develop
  • To create engaging content that improves the users digital user experience
  • Ability to create engaging website copy
  • Confidence to create, edit and publish content
  • Ensure information created in factually correct and grammatically well written
  • Prepare content for various company channels (including blog articles, e-books, social media posts & campaigns) and take care of the right tov (tone of voice) customizing it depending on the channel.
  • Support web designer with content development, blog & creative product / service descriptions for web copy
  • Use the knowledge of the principles of web writing and the ability to use basic and intermediate SEO knowledge in practice
  • Create engaging EDM content

 

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Previous Social Media experience (Required)
  • Facebook Business Management experience (Required)
  • Must demonstrate initiative and ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Self-Motivated
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong research skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English)
