Patches is looking for your extraordinary financial services management skills.  

We are a fast growing, people focused company offering a dynamic and evolving work environment. You will stretch your abilities and potential as an integral member of a rapidly growing team, reporting to the Director in a full-time role as Financial Services Manager.   

Patches changes peoples lives by providing multidisciplinary diagnostic and therapy health services.  Our Finance team is currently based in Nedlands, Perth and supports our fast-growing teams of allied health professionals in Broome, Port Hedland, Darwin, Alice Springs, Kununurra, Karratha, Exmouth and other rural and remote areas across WA and the NT.   

We also provides NDIS Plan Management services and experience with the NDIS is highly desirable for applicants for this role. 

The responsibilities of the successful Financial Services Manager will include: 

  • General Financial Administration using Xero 
  • A focus on increasing Business Performance and Efficiency 
  • Management Reporting  
  • Statutory Returns and Compliance  
  • Insurance management 
  • Grants and National Projects budget management 
  • Contracts, Leases, Motor Vehicle Fleet management 
  • Managing our team of Admin Support Officers Finance and Plan Management 
  • NDIS Plan Management business management 

Selection Criteria 

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience: 

  • Experience in a financial services management position   
  • CA/CPA qualification 
  • Experience with NDIS and the health sector 
  • Excellence in Microsoft Excel data management and competence in Microsoft Word  
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and to set priorities 
  • Excellent interpersonal manner 
  • Self-motivated, flexible and friendly  
  • Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills 
  • High level of attention to detail 

Eligibility Requirements

  • Completion of high school or university 
  • Current Police Clearance 
  • Current Working with Children Check 
  • Accounting qualifications
