Tailor & Co is a custom men's tailoring showroom based in Sydney, Parramatta. 

About the role-

Permanent part-time position. We are seeking an Office Admin/Personal Assistant who will work closely with the Managing Director. This role undertakes a wide variety of administration tasks and act as integral part in ensuring that our office operations and day to day organisation runs smoothly.

Skills and experience-

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • General administration duties including but not limited to;
  • Extensive calendar and email management ensuring emails are responded to workflow is prioritised accordingly
  • Managing correspondence, including mail and calls and forwarding messages in a timely manner
  • Data entry- High degree of computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Outlook, Apple, Xero
  • Dropbox management
  • High level written and oral communication skills
  • Integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential information
  • Scheduling and organising meetings 
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
