Ecommerce/Administration Position

A new and exciting Position has been created in Ecommerce/Administration within Indy and Eve. 

Indy and Eve, a women's clothing store, was established in 2018 and over 3 years our online store has grown substantially. We are a small, fun and creative team who are deeply passionate about growing and improving our store in our small country town of Keith, SA. We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic, people person that is willing to learn, grow and dream BIG with us. 

This position is either part-time or full-time (min. 27hrs per week) and involves the successful applicant to complete a Certificate in Business Administration with added ecommerce modules or similar. This will be completed on the job and fully paid for by us.

Role Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Managing orders from purchase to fulfilment

Responding to customer enquires via email, phone and social media in a timely and efficient manner.

Responding, investigating and resolving questions and enquires from customers.

Sales order entries and process customer returns

Facebook and Instagram scheduling and deploying content that aligns with product planning.

Working with our team to maintain our website on Shopify by constantly updating inventory and overall design including adding product descriptions.

Working on SEO improvements over the website (internal and external training provided)

Ensuring online inventory is correct and stocktake on a regular basis. 

Researching new opportunities for relevant and effective campaigns, content and collaborations to be proposed to the team.

Delivering exceptional Customer Service 

Skills and Experience 

Exceptional verbal and written skills with an eye for detail

Experience with Shopify and other third-party online platforms (not essential)

Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service

Highly self-motivated, able to work autonomously as well as in a fast-paced team environment.

Working within a small team to bring fresh and new ideas to help continue business growth.

A salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on experience.
