Champions Gym is looking for a motivated receptionist who has the desire to make a difference in the lives of everyday people. Our mission is to redefine the way people enjoy their health, fitness & nutrition through dynamic training, coaching and personal development.

A passion for the promotion of health and fitness in our communities is essential as well as strong organisational skills and the ability to work within proven systems and structure.

The Role
In addition to being "the face of this company", you will also be highly involved with administration duties to support this dynamic team.
You will be based at reception and your main duties will include:

  • Overseeing Day to Day operation of the gym
  • Member services
  • Answer all incoming phone calls
  • Email management
  • Administration
  • Data entry and database management
  • Organise events, functions and workshops

What you will need to succeed

Proven knowledge and experience in a reception position
Intermediate Google skills (including Gmail, Drive, Sheets and Docs)
Take pride in your personal presentation as you will be "face of the company"
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and the ability to self manage
Have a "can-do" and enthusiastic attitude with a big smile
