About the Role

The Finance Manager is responsible for the delivery of specific accounting functions, with the primary responsibilities of the functional unit including financial, project, and fixed asset accounting and system support (Corporate Information Management System) (CIM)). 

Skills and Experience

Degree qualification in accounting, finance, or similar related discipline or CA/CPA qualified or equivalent.

Ability to understand, interpret and apply policies and procedures to practical situations within a finance environment.

High level interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and develop effective and professional working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.

Experience in running and overseeing the entire finance function of a business including month end reporting, year-end reporting, cash flow management, and AP/AR.

Experience leading a team and achieving positive outcomes.

Experience at a senior level in financial planning, budget negotiations and preparation.

Sound knowledge of current business, financial management and accounting practices and standards.
