Administration/Accounts Officer

CFT Security is seeking an Administration/Accounts Superstar to join our team in Mackay, QLD

This position is job share (2-3 days / week) with extra hours required during staff leave.  The position is suited to a self-motivated team player able to work with flexibility

Main Duties Involve:

  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • Daily reconciliations
  • Cash Handling

The Ideal Candidate must have:

  • Minimum 3 years in an accounts role including payroll
  • Ideally experienced in MYOB EXO or have the ability to rapidly learn program
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Be proactive and willing to multi-skill
  • Work well as part of a team and unsupervised
  • Open manual driver's licence
