Admin / Accounts Assistant

Toolprocure Australia Pty Ltd is one of Adelaide's premium cutting tool specialists supplying a wide range of engineering products to the manufacturing industry.

A part-time position has now become available for an assistant in administration, general accounts, answering phones, order processing, website maintenance,  marketing and general office duties. 

The successful candidate must have experience within the following areas:-

  • Xero or similar accounting programs
  • Website maintenance or design
  • Advanced levels in Microsoft Excel
  • Facebook and/or Linked-in profile management
  • Some form of marketing (brochure design, news letters, posters, website)
  • General accounting
  • Prior PA experience

Personal attributes we will be looking for:-

  • Good presentation and communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent phone manner
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual and good work ethic
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work un-supervised
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    This is a part-time position offering approx. 25-30 hours per week, which can be negotiated according to suitable week days, and will offer wide-range of job functions ensuring it will be challenging yet rewarding in a growing company environment.
