As the companies Customer service consultant you will be responsible for working at Head Office based in Sydney's north western suburbs.
You will be responsible for;
Attending to and responding to incoming calls from new and existing clients
Responding to product fault and arranging for appropriate diagnostics
Logging enquiries into the Companies CRM.
Provide product pricing/ quotes etc in a timely manner
Liaise with the external sales team regarding customer enquiries
Data entry and some administration duties

2+ years in customer service ideally within the electrical industry or could be related such as lighting, electronics, Building & Construction markets.
Passion providing efficient and effective customer service / sales support to customers

Someone who is well presented
Proven longevity within roles
You will receive a base salary of $55K + super. *There is the opportunity for career progression
