Total Print Management located in Belrose is looking for a Part-time Administrator.

About the role:

This role involves providing a high level of administrative and clerical support to enable the smooth operation of the business. We supply and maintain commercial printers and copiers nationwide and work in a fast pace environment.


Preparing and drafting correspondence, reports and presentations.

Data entry.

Records management.

Purchasing and stock inventory.

Diary and calendar management.

Reception tasks.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Some experience in a similar position.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide information in a clear and informative way and proactively seek solutions to basic and/or routine issues.
  • Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power-point.
  • Good understanding of business administration with sound knowledge of basic literacy, numeracy and computer skills.
