We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled person to join our Personal Wealth team working as a client relationship coordinator and administration.
Reporting to the Office Manager/Director, the purpose of the position is to proactively assist the Personal Wealth Team (Financial Advisers and Paraplanners) to exceed their clients expectations and financial planning requirements. By assuming responsibility for the day-to-day administration and implementation activities, leverage them to maximise their client facing and business generating time. On behalf of the firm and the Personal Wealth team, proactively and professionally liaise with and provide support to clients to exceed their expectations.
Based in Townsville, this is a permanent full time position, which offers on-the-job training and significant potential to develop your career. Remuneration will be based on skills and experience.
Xplan experience and knowledge and Diploma of Financial Services or similar would be highly regarded. Remuneration will be based on your skills and experience.
