Receptionist

A internal position has become available for a Receptionist to join a dynamic and busy organization.

Based in Broadmeadows, The role will be a 3 month temporary contract with the opportunity to move into a permanent role with the company following this period. 

The primary objective of the position will be to manage all of the day to day duties and responsibilities of the front reception area and to provide administrative support to all areas of the business.

Applicants who have the following skills and experience will be highly regarded:

  • Experience in a Receptionist/Administration position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

This position is ideal for a person who is energetic, bubbly, polished and someone whom possesses excellent communication skills.

The Key Responsibilities of the position will be:

  • Answering telephones and direct callers to the appropriate person
  • Take messages when required and forward to the relevant person
  • Provide administrative support to the office staff
  • Filing, typing, photocopying, faxing, emails etc....
  • Greet clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Keep Reception area and bathroom well presented, maintaining a neat and tidy workspace at all times
  • Be well presented and professional at all times
  • Other general administrative duties as required
