Our client based in Drouin, is renowned for their residential and commercial projects, specialising in property development. Due to the sustained growth and local demand, our client is anticipating an exciting future and is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Administration Officer to help them on their path to success.
This will be a highly sought after role, with our client offering flexibility with start and finish times. Ideally the right candidate will be available to work 4-5 days per week and possess a minimum 2-3 years experience within a similar business setup (with property development experience highly regarded).
Responsibilities across multiple entities will include, but are not limited to:
Processing payroll and Superannuation
Accounts payable and receivable
Update Systems and procedures
Using Microsoft Office programs and Reckon
The successful candidate will have exceptional business acumen and analytical expertise that is second to none. This role is with a small close-knit team so candidates must be comfortable working in such environment.
The ability to work autonomously is imperative whilst maintaining accuracy and quality of outcomes.
