Lombardi Bros located in the Bentley Area is an automotive smash repairs company looking for a full-time receptionist/admin clerk to join our friendly team.
This role will involve receptionist duties and performing general administrative duties.
The role may include but are nonlimited to the following tasks:
Assist with Data Entry into our Panel & Paint system training will be provided.
Excellent Phone Manner
Welcoming visitors to our office with coffee/tea etc.
General office duties such as filing, sorting, document binding, liaising with the courier.
Administration support for our management team
Willingness to learn and progress.
We are looking for a bright, happy, cheerful applicant who has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a track record in offering outstanding customer service. You will also need computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook and be willing to learn how to use an in-house database.
The ability to interact with the staff (at all levels) in a dynamic environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to the role.
