About the role

You will review and develop innovative content and capability for the RMIT digital ecosystem delivering on the university strategic goals. Utilising digital analytics and customer insight you will drive the personalisation, customisation targeting, accuracy and relevance of content for key audiences.

You will;

  • Lead the delivery of digital test and learn pilots and innovation projects
  • Provide thought leadership in User Experience ensuring alignment with the Universitys business goals and objectives and facilitate User Experience innovation at whole-of-University level
  • Provide digital strategic insight and user experience and innovation capability into key projects across RMITs digital ecosystem.
  • Using best practise, competitor analysis, analytics, data and expertise review RMITs digital media presences for opportunity consistency, quality and best practise, and create recommendations in consultation with the broader digital teams for digital innovation.

About you

You will have;

  • Experience in digital innovation and test and learn delivery.
  • A passion for and background in user experience design and digital content strategy.
  • Project management experience (including Lean UX, Lean Start up and Agile)
  • Experience with Adobe, Salesforce and integration competency
