About the Role

This exciting role is responsible for coordinating the marketing and media requirements for The Healthy Collective ( and their clients including a group of pharmacies and other healthcare businesses. 

The position works directly with the Healthy Collective (HC) Management team to identify and implement the marketing profile and customer/client communication across several different businesses that are part of the HC.

Specific tasks and responsibilities will vary by client and business unit but will include website content, customer/client communication and social media updates and monitoring.

While each client can be slightly different in their communication and content preferences, the main duties will involve:

  • Establishing and reinforcing the new branding, working with external providers
  • Providing technical expertise (uploading, design etc)
  • Handling digital needs inhouse
  • Page layout and basic graphic design skills for newsletters, forms, info sheets
  • Competency in writing and PR such as media releases, social media text etc
  • Designing and maintaining web pages would be an advantage

About The Person(s)

We need someone (or several) who are savvy, innovative and flexible. This is not a set and forget role and will suit someone who wants to make their mark across a diverse business group and customer base.

It is likely that you will have experience gained across a range of clients that may have included those in the healthcare/pharmacy space. 

While there will be support and coaching available, you must be able to work autonomously and proactively to ensure each clients needs are understood and executed with the highest quality. 

You must also be able to gather and optimise the information gathered from customers to track the level of satisfaction and interaction they have with members of the Healthy Collective.
