We are currently looking for an Office Administrator/Rosterer to coordinate all administrative aspects of our Tamworth office and complete staff rostering. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with exceptional organisational and customer service skills who wants to make a difference within the community. 

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, based in our Tamworth office, reporting to the General Manager of Home and Community Care.

Duties will include:

  • Manning office reception, providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders who call or visit the office.
  • Completing administrative duties such as ordering and management of consumables, maintenance of files and forms, managing petty cash, completing reports, taking minutes.
  • Rostering all client services to meet the needs and preferences of home care clients, whilst adhering to the organisations Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.
  • Other duties as required. 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience and/or qualifications in office administration or similar
  • Experience in rostering and a demonstrated ability to manage challenges associated with rostering.
  • Experience in providing outstanding customer service
  • Exceptional organisational and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to contribute positively to our home care team by demonstrating accountability, integrity, collaboration and inclusion.
