Administration and Reception Clerk - Part Time

We have a position available for an enthusiastic and conscientious Administration Clerk to complement and work within our Panel Shop Operation.

This role involves the processing of repair quotes and invoicing as well as general administration and reception duties. Experience in the industry and/or the Autoquote system would be an advantage but certainly not a requirement as full training will be provided. We anticipate the role will be 25-30 hours per week but we are flexible and it will be suitable for someone looking for a school hours position.

The person we seek must possess a confident and pleasant manner as you will be expected to deal with a variety of situations, and allay customer issues / concerns

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Computer Literate
