Who are we looking for

Due to our growing eCommerce business, we are currently looking to recruit a full-time Systems & Data Coordinator. Based out of our head office in Burleigh Heads (Gold Coast); and living by our company motto 'The Sound of Change', we are looking for a dynamic candidate, who can support our eCommerce team to execute our company's strategy with an innovative approach. 

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience as a Systems and/or Operations Coordinator with exposure working within a successful and growing business. In addition, you will be tasked with assisting the e-Commerce team in establishing further efficiencies and processes geared towards increasing our ever-growing online presence. 

This is a fast-paced, analytical and data focused role which will involve managing multiple priorities. As such, exceptional time management skills and demonstrated attention to detail in data entry will be advantageous. 

Summary of Purpose

This is great opportunity for a dynamic candidate who is looking to progress their career in systems, data, and operations. Your role will involve coordinating the upload of master product data into our inventory management system, the lodgement and tracking of purchase & sales orders within that system, through to organising the release of products on our website.

The successful candidate will be analytical and data focused with an in-depth understanding of our brand and products. This is a busy role requiring exceptional attention to detail and extensive knowledge in MS Excel, e-Commerce platforms and Inventory Management systems. (Cin7 and Shopify experience will be regarded as essential).

Key Role Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Provide accurate and structured administrative support, including, but not limited to data, systems and accounts.
  • Ensure master data integrity is maintained when uploading products to the inventory management system and e-Commerce platform.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Cin7 and Shopify.
  • Ability to introduce improvement initiatives, particularly from a systems perspective.
  • Provide operational support to the e-Commerce team, including customer service support.
  • Completion of website merchandising and product uploads.
  • Independent ability to troubleshoot and problem solve within an inventory management system and e-Commerce platform.
