Front Office Administrator - Tabor College Millswood

The College was founded in 1979 and has grown to a dynamic and vibrant education centre located in Adelaide and Perth with approximately 900 students.
The role involves
The Front Office Administrator (FOA) offers a vital enquiries relationship service of welcome, hospitality and information. An enquiry may be a potential student, an existing student, a campus visitor and/or stakeholder, or a member of staff.
The FOA not only extends a perpetual welcome to all front desk enquirers but effectively enables helpful and positive connections between enquirers and relevant personnel and information sources.
The FOA is required to understand the flow of information services relevant to all front desk enquires and to effectively guide and support clients to satisfactory and timely outcomes in relation to their questions.
The FOA will operate a multi-line switchboard as the initial contact with Tabor, answering and responding to calls and recorded messages, and will maintain an accurate Calls Register
The FOA is required to hold and maintain a First Aid Certificate and be willing to act as Primary First Aid officer for the College.
The FOA will assist as negotiated with other College tasks such as Community Worship, staff or onsite events and Library Administration duties.

and have a great sense of humour!
Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration or substantial relevant administration experience.
Current First Aid Certification
