We have partnered with a leading global fin-tech organisation based just north of Melbourne CBD. Employing over 20,000 people internationally, they have experienced fantastic growth and now seek an experienced temp payroll professional to join their team. This role will involve full function end to end payroll processing while working to support the HR team with any administrative duties.
In this role, you will process end to end payroll for all national employees. You will have excellent EBA and award interpretation skills to ensure compliance and industry best practice. You will support the team in reviewing current processes and data, and will be responsible for updating and improving reporting for the Finance and HR functions including internal reporting, budgeting, statutory reporting and KPI scorecards. As a team player, you will also help the payroll and HR teams with any ad hoc tasks.
ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will be a proactive self starter who is passionate about all things payroll. You will have a comprehensive and working knowledge of Sage Micropay and have previous experience in systems and process improvements. Any experience within an HR capacity will be highly regarded as you will be required to review and update policies and procedures on a day to day basis. Position: Temporary Payroll Officer Salary: $40-$45 per hour + super Location: Melbourne
