Administrative Assistant - Maternity Cover

7XS are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our radio family for a 12 month fixed-term contract.

The Administrative Assistants role is to provide a professional and courteous service as "first point of contact. This is done through face to face, telephone and email contact.

The Administrative Assistant will be required to complete clerical duties to support the operation 7XS. This includes, office administration and assistance to the General Manager.

On the job training will be provided but previous administration experience will be an advantage.

Tasks include:

  • Assist with the 7XS social media pages and website 
  • Liaising with clients and various departments within the company
  • Loading commercials to air and checking if all audio is available on time
  • Provide administration support as requested by the General Manager
  • Gathering information from across the West Coast for the breakfast announcer
  • Creating promotions for the station
  • Chair of the WHS committee

  • Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including the ability to create an excel spreadsheet with basic formulations
