Due to ongoing growth, ALLROADS are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of our projects. The position will be based in Brisbane however, travel to regional areas may be expected as project requirements dictate.
In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with Senior Management, Project Managers and Site Supervisors to assist with the effective management and delivery of various projects.
The main purpose of this position is to provide support in project delivery in the areas of technical and quality administration. This includes ensuring quality requirements are completed and recorded in line with project schedules and specifications, monitoring of costs and programme, contractual administration, management of subcontractors and suppliers, procurement, and monitoring of HSEQ requirements in line with our Company Integrated Management System, policies, and procedures.
Minimum 3 years experience working in the Civil Construction Industry
Demonstrated technical and QA experience on civil projects including road construction, building civil works, bulk earthworks and drainage projects,
Effective written, oral and interpersonal skills in order to interact with all external stakeholders and clients,
Ability to plan, design, document and manage construction activities and progress, whilst implementing and monitoring the project program,
The ability to ensure the project activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant Quality, Environmental and Safety management systems,
High level of proficiency in using relevant software packages MS Office (Word, Excel, Access etc.), MS Project or P6, Expert Project and Jobpac (preferable),
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Mandatory Qualifications & Training:
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
Construction White Card & current Drivers Licence
