As part of the Development Team, the Digital Sales Lead role is responsible for new business acquisition and delivering growth both organic and whitespace across targeted industry sectors, referral networks and sponsor/channel partners within our Agency business.

The accountabilities of the role will be:

  • Contacting new/warm leads by leveraging our campaign strategy
  • Managing inbound enquiries
  • Ensuring customers are receiving the right cover for their business
  • Maintaining a high level of communication to ensure an outstanding experience
  • Promoting product/service and value propositions
  • Lead management, follow up and conversion
  • Deliver or exceed growth targets

This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking an experienced insurance professional (with broking background) or experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry plus:

  • Broad general insurance product knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a background in a phone based environment
  • Customer and solution focused
  • Diligent lead and pipeline management ability
  • Strong influencing, collaboration and problem solving skills
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, able to build positive internal and external relationships at all levels and across multiple industries
  • Team management skillset
  • Outcome focused to deliver exceptional business results with minimal supervision
