Internal Sales Person (Hardware Knowledge)


Job Description 

Big River Group is an Australian owned manufacturer and supplier of a diverse range of products to the construction industry, retail customer and the general public. Our company is well established nationally, offering total building materials supply solutions for over a century.

Big River Brisbane is a leading supplier of Formwork supplies, Timber Flooring, Plywood & Building Products, supplying to customers based in North Queensland.

  • We are seeking a motivated go-getter with hardware knowledge to join our Internal sales team.
  • Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Providing customers with exceptional service, preparing quotes, processing orders, responding to technical enquiries.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Order Hardware and Other stock as require, store hardware & stock control.
