Administration Oficer

Administration Officer (Canberra)

The role requires good customer service skills and an ability to de-escalate difficult or potentially difficult situations.

Main duties and key responsibilities:

  • Call centre duties which involves being part of the general enqueries phone line for the organisation
  • Lodging complaints into the organisation's database (and training will be provided on this task)
  • Coverage of reception desk
  • Managing and processing reimbursements (and training will be provided on this task)
  • Drafting memos and emails, and organising some meetings/meeting facilities
  • General administrative tasks as required to support the customer services team

The position is in Mitchell, ACT and the person will need to be able to commence most likely by Tuesday 27 April 2021.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Diploma of Administration or other equivalent formal qualifications
  • Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of team-members with different levels of expertise and experience.

Commencement most likely from Tuesday 27 April 2021.
