Internal Recruitment Specialist

We currently have an opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and outcome focused recruitment team on a full-time basis! Located in our Parramatta office you will play an integral part of the business in sourcing high quality candidates for our operational needs.

 

Zest Care prides itself on providing personalised care solutions for a range of children and adults living with disability, additional needs and vulnerable children.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with business units to determine the resourcing requirements to meet the business needs.
  • Provide end to end recruitment including writing and posting advertisements on job boards and other relevant platforms, screen and shortlist applicants, assessment centres, compliance and reference checking, as well as onboarding.
  • Provide assistance to the ongoing development and implementation of an induction procedure.
  • Identify workforce gaps and develop strategies to meet workforce demand.
  • Identify and compile an active talent pool of potential applicants.
  • Assist with the development of the engagement plan and communication strategy in order to attract candidates.
  • Produce reports to inform recruitment strategies for business units.
  • Operate a range of computer-based applications, including recruitment and database software.
  • Contribute to a cohesive team environment by sharing information, supporting and assisting colleagues in a proactive manner to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Other duties consistent with the position where required and/or requested by the Zest Management.

 


Essential Skills and Experience

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience in a high-volume recruitment role.
  • Ability to hand sensitive information confidentially.
  • Previous experience with online recruitment tools and advertising tools.

 

 SKILLS                                                   

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Computer literacy with PC based applications
    (Word, Excel, Email, Internet, database)
