Administration and Customer Service

HospEquip is a privately owned company that is rapidly expanding in the healthcare sector and is a leading supplier of healthcare equipment into the Community, Aged Care, Hospital and NDIS Markets in Australia

Due to our continued expansion we are looking for a customer focused administration person with sales experience to provide high quality customer service and sales support to our customers.

This is a fulltime role is based in our South Australian office located in Forestville

You will be responsible

  • Reception
  • Assisting customers with service booking via telephone and emails ensuring all service enquiries are processed in an accurate and professional manner
  • Supporting the service team with processing orders, preparing quotes and advising on product availability
  • Following customer queries from start to finish and resolving any problems that may arise
  • Following up with customers in a timely manner and as directed
  • Asssiting with data entry
  • Creating and processing purchase orders from suppliers

The successful candidate must display the following qualities:

  • Exceptional customer support skills, including clear and concise interpersonal skills, a friendly manner and willingness to help
  • Accurate data entry
  • Outstanding organisational and administration skills
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks and customers at once
  • Ability to pick up new processes and information diligently
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and closely with management
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Previous experience in retail or sales, particularly in a related industry, will be advantageous
