About the opportunity

This is a rare opportunity for a Marketing Extraordinaire with a strong slant on digital marketing to join a long-established business that makes a positive difference to peoples health and wellbeing. You will be a key contributor to the growth of both brands but in particular Pure Trio as it takes on the mattress-in-a-box industry. Be a part of a successful small team with big plans.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this newly created role will be one to make your own. Working across two brands Latex Mattress Australia and Pure Trio, you will be able to take the digital presence of both brands to a whole new level.

You will be accountable for the implementation and measurement of digital strategies to drive sales and brand performance across the businesses' two brands. You will need to proactively take ownership of the digital landscape of both brands, identifying opportunities to improve our customers online experience. 

An overview of your role includes:

  • In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, define and execute the digital marketing strategies of each brand to drive brand growth. You will be supported by our digital agencies for the more implementation of the more technical aspects. 
  • Develop and implement an effective and personalised EDM program through our HubSpot CRM that drives the online customer experience and proactively improves the customer journey and brand experience.
  • Actively guide and support digital external agencies through innovation and process improvements.
  • Monitor SEO keywords and implementing strategies with the agency that improves rankings.
  • Produce purposeful content for all digital platforms ensuring content created suits key target audiences.
  • Implement and manage loyalty, referral and reviews programs including customer communication.
  • Manage the website user experience including overall design and aesthetics, content, navigation, branding and promotional campaigns, performance, and driving enquiry and conversion.
  • Manage our websites using WordPress/ WooCoomerce including editing, content and creative.
  • Responsible for e-commerce management pricing, products, orders, and communication.
  • Define and deliver reporting requirements and campaign performance metrics across all relevant platforms.

 

Skills and Experience

  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Executive/Coordinator role.
  • Tertiary education in marketing or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability of implementing Digital Marketing strategies that achieved sales growth and increased brand awareness.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools, with a demonstrated history making data informed decisions and problem solving based on analytics.
  • A proven ability to manage social media platforms.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms is highly regarded but not required.  We use WordPress and WooCommerce and training will be provided.
  • A love for storytelling, social media, and content creation.
  • A background in big ticket, premium quality retail products or similar sales driven environment is highly regarded.
  • Immaculate professional presentation.
  • A positive 'can do' attitude with high energy, drive and enthusiasm.
  • An enthusiasm for the companys premium health products with a willingness to gain a deep understanding of the bedding industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills you will be required to develop content yourself as well as ensure a high standard of all material across both brands.
  • Exceptional time management skills and high attention to detail.
