About the role
Our service offering represents a key driver for growth and, to take advantage of this, we need a Business Development professional like you. You will draw upon your 10 years + experience in Field Operation, Maintenance and Engineering Services Sales within the O&G sector. This pivotal role will be integral to our expansion of our Oil & Gas business. You will identify and qualify prospects across a range of potential business targets and utilise a strong knowledge of our existing services, spare parts and consumables offerings to develop and present a viable commercial offering.
You will own the end-to-end sales process, from research of a prospective client to the preparation of a detailed, comprehensive and commercial proposal document. Ideally, you will be a more hands-on style of business development professional the one who visits client sites to gather all relevant information; inspecting equipment, taking analysis samples and running pilot trials. Your technical knowledge of Oil, Gas and related Produced Water treatment and associated processes and your keen commercial acumen will help drive success in winning new business. Your responsibilities will include.
- Develop and Grow Sales Pipeline
- Achieve annual revenue targets
- Manage and develop existing Service Agreement Accounts
- Identify customer issues and promote technical solutions
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for Service and Brownfield projects.
- Develop and promote Complete Site Services Growth Initiatives
- Work closely with Service Team, Engineering and Process Departments to provide technical support to new and existing customers.
- Interstate Travel required.
