Gippsland Motor Group is looking for a new team member to join our service operations as a Service Advisor.

The suitable candidate will have proven exceptional Customer Service skills, and will be able to work well in a fast paced environment.
Automotive experience is preferred however not mandatory
The job will require you to handle phone enquiries and bookings
Appointment creation and entry
Handling customers face to face and transferring their requests to our workshop via relevant paperwork
Following up of customers needs
Ensuring all customers leave our business 100% satisfied
The suitable candidate must have:
Proven record of customer service experience
Excellent computer skills
Ability to work within a team and in a fast paced environment.
