We are the national leader in organising online and face to face renewable energy events, big and small, and we need a dedicated events specialist.

About the Role 

This work from home role could be located in an east coast capital city, however based in Sydney or Canberra would be an advantage.  

In this exciting role you will deliver our busy schedule of events, including regular on-line webinars, training workshops, summits and our annual national conference and exhibition, attracting around 5,000 delegates and 100 exhibitors.

You will have excellent digital skills, be detail oriented, able to work without close supervision, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.

You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, dealing with a wide range of clients, team members and service providers.

You will have a successful track record of delivering excellent events, and at least 5 years experience in a similar role.

Some irregular travel may be required.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver all elements needed for a successful on-line or physical event 
  • Contract and manage service providers  
  • Set up registration pages for events and upload videos post event, and develop post event reports  
  • Manage all event budgets 
  • Set up, train and support for Zoom webinars 

Skills & Experience 

You will be degree qualified - all relevant degrees will be considered

Youll have excellent communication and planning skills and excellent attention to detail

You must have full-time working rights in Australia

Good working knowledge of successful event management 

Strong interpersonal and relationship skills

Salary and Benefits

1 year contract - $95,000 (inc. super) and full-time employee benefits.

A contract extension may be available at the end of 1 year for a further 3 years.
